Hi Everyone!

Here are a few little known facts about me and how Skin RN came to be one of the most popular places in Nashville to achieve healthy, vibrant, and rejuvenated skin:

I graduated with an associate degree in Nursing from Western Kentucky University in 1997. I worked in the medical/surgical setting of hospitals with organ transplant recipients for the first couple of years after graduation. Dissatisfied with the stressful role of a hospital floor nurse, I left the position for something more appealing.

I became the manager of the Chanel cosmetics counter at a local department store. Shockingly, I was paid only $1.00 less an hour than I made as a registered nurse! Not only was this job stress-free, it was fun! I quickly realized that I was great at selling skincare. Others in the department noticed and encouraged me to apply for a position as an aesthetic nurse at a nearby dermatology office. I took some certification courses in Botox, sclerotherapy (vein injections), microdermabrasion , and chemical peels. I was offered the position and began my new career.

After a short while, I became eager to start my own business in order to carry out a personal goal. My mission was to provide gold standard skin health and rejuvenation therapies through a team of experienced professionals and state-of-the-art equipment. I wanted a knowledgeable and friendly staff willing to honestly evaluate and educate each and every client. After 7 years of growing business based almost entirely on referrals, I think all of us at Skin RN can say "mission accomplished"!

I know I speak for our entire team when I say that we plan to continue to bring to you the best skin care therapies, techniques, equipment, products, and education this industry has to offer. Moreover, we promise safety, honesty, and fair pricing.
