Before you submit an article, keep this in mind.

Our readers want to hear about things that make them feel better, look younger, and improve their quality of life.

Here are our submission guidelines.

Accepted topics: Health, beauty, skin care, Nashville news, hair, makeup, nutrition, healthy recipes, nutritional supplements, fitness tips.  If you aren't sure if your topic fits with our audience, please email us and ask.

IF YOU WANT TO SUBMIT NASHVILLE NEWS...

This is the category that is most often denied submissions because some news doesn't fit with the "feel better, look younger ..." thing that I mentioned above.

For example, a seminar that promotes health and wellness is a great piece of news to share.

A local band playing at a corner pub isn't.  While this may qualify as news, it isn't the kind of news that matters to the majority of our audience.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY SUBMISSION THAT WE DEEM INAPPROPRIATE FOR THIS SITE OR OUR SUBSCRIBERS.
